These terms apply to your use of opieventures.com and to apps and digital products made by Opie Ventures LLC ("Opie Ventures", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.

Apps

Apps downloaded from the App Store are licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless an app comes with its own license terms. Apple handles payments, subscriptions and refunds for App Store purchases.

Digital products

When you buy a digital product from us, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves. Purchases made through a marketplace are also subject to that marketplace's terms and refund policy.

Resale items

Items we resell are described as accurately as we can, including their condition. Sales, shipping, returns and buyer protection are handled under the terms of the marketplace where you bought the item.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse our website, apps or products. That includes trying to disrupt them, gain unauthorized access, reverse engineer them except where the law allows, or use them for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Opie Ventures name, this website, and our apps and products, including their design, text, graphics and code, belong to Opie Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by law.

Disclaimers

Our website, apps and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Opie Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of our website, apps or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
